Agree. I listen to Gang Starr more often.

Gangstarr probably has the stronger overall discog, but I bump Kast more often so they win.

Outkast for sure. Both have super solid discogs, but I bump at least 3 Outkast albums more than any Gang Starr album on the regular.

Idlewild and Speakerboxxx/Love Below were excellent album, nowhere near garbage IMO.

Saying Guru wasn't lyrical is funny to me. Moment Of Truth is better than any Outkast album besides Aquemini and ATLiens so I guess I dont know shit.

I said he went as high as Premo took him which is the truth. All you need to do is compare what Premo did without Guru to what Guru did without Premo. Guru was an above average lyricist who had great chemistry with Premo. They went together like a lock and key. If you're argument is that Gangstarr is better than Outkast, i will disagree, but i do respect that opinion. If you're argument is that Guru is better than Big Boi and Andre, i will more than disagree. They are not in the same league IMO.

I'm going with Gang Starr here, mainly because they get played a little more than 'Kast does but either one who wins here is all good with me!

Can't really argue with that...But damn, their first 4 albums knock it all out the park, to me personally anyway. But I can totally see somebody liking Gang Starr more. Another group that dropped classic after classic.

While I don't agree with all Mack's opinions, I respect the fact that he has the balls to express them with conviction.
