It Takes A Nation wins EASILY. I love Whut Thee Album and Redman in general but he's not fuckin with that PE masterpiece, which is arguably the most groundbreaking album of all time.

Public Enemy by a whole fuckin bunch right here and that Reggie Noble joint is a very legit pick but the PE album is the greatest hip-hop album of all-time IMO....hip-hop made that isn't supposed to appeal to everyone...rebellious hip-hop....beats by Da Bomb Squad.....lyrics by Chuck....hyped up and supported by the Flava....this is the GOAT IMO!
