I personally spin TSRITE a lot more these days.

PE, pretty close though

I need to think about this one. The PE has more classic songs but the Jeru plays betta as a album to me.

Yeah, i actually agree which is why i spin Jeru more now. I can spin the PE from beginning to end though.

Gotta go with Public Enemy here. SRITE was my darkhorse album so i guess it's gone now.

It Takes A Nation Of Millions wins EASILY. Jeru is a dope lyricist but he can't fuck with Chuck D's powerful subject matter and raw emotion. Chuck is the EF Hutton of hip-hop, when he talks, people listen.

PE

This was still a close one but it came down to Black Steel vs. Come Clean and Black Steel wins. I feel Come Clean is the best song on that Jeru but Black Steel is not easily the best song on the PE. So PE wins barely.

I find myself spinning TSRITE more nowadays too. I think It Takes A Nation is a better overall album though.

My personal favorite song on Nation Of Millions is Rebel Without A Pause, but Bring The Noise and Black Steel are right behind it.

I agree with Come Clean being the best song on Sun Rises, but Mental Stamina is close. If the remix to Can't Stop The Prophet was on the album, that might have gotten my vote.

The only area that Sun Rises competes with Nation Of Millions is the production, and even that's about a push. The rest of the catagories Nation Of Millions wins.

Mental Stamina is probably my fav from TSRITE.

I can't choose a favorite from TSRITE... My Mind Spray, Brooklyn Took It, and Mental Stamina could all have the spot.

Public Enemy, and I really don't see how Sun Rises made it into this comp, let alone this far, or how it's competing with quite possibly the greatest hip hop album of all time.
