I'd have to agree with you. His appearance on 1212 was horrid. It sounded like nonsensical rambling. Other than his guest spot, it's hard for me to find any faults with 1212.

| Oh man, Barkley with the jam. Kevin McHale played ball and couldn't fail. Kobe Bryant is a giant.
My Sadat X impression. | |

| I finally bought this and checked it out yesterday. It was definitely a good recommendation and it's something that I will definitely keep spinnin'. I don't see a Jay Z comparison like some people are talking about. Esoteric has his own flow and the beats are nice as well. I'm not sure what the fuck Sadat X was doing talking about basketball players when the NBA players were still wearing booty shorts but aside from that, this is pretty good. I would say 4.25-4.5 after 1 spin. | |

| I downloaded this album and I'm absolutely impressed. While Eso isn't on Eminem's level as Myestro claims he is, I really dig his flow and the boom bap vibe of this album. This is at least 4 stars on the first listen but I'll bump it a few times before giving it a true rating. | |

yeah, the track with Sadat is the only skip track on the album. It's just an awful, awful song. I really think Powell needs to sit him down and have a heart to heart with him regarding his future.

| I didn't have a problem with The Handle personally. Sadat wasn't his usual self but he wasn't bad either, and Eso killed it! | |

yeah, Eso killed pretty much every track. 12th Chamber is still the best track on the album IMO

True. Eso would have to get worse for that to happen... Nah, I wasn't being serious when I said that. Personally, I prefer Eso over Em, and both of them are nice with the mic device. Besides, Em has more than 100 fans, so he doesn't need my support as much.

| I bought it one month ago, I was really impressed. I appreciated recent Eso solo works, particularly Eso vs Japan, but I waited for the reunion with 7L to happen. This i a 4 stars album in my opinion. Best tracks are I Hate Flying, very well written and humorous; 12th Chamber has a great featuring by Deck; New Rapper has the best beat overall. I also liked Drawbar 1-2, with Evidence. | |

Whaaaaaaat? I thought that was one of the worst beats on the album lol Nah man, I'm serious. I liked that one very much. Nice celebrative horns-type loop in some points, nice beat overall. 12th Chamber bangs too.

| I liked the 12th Chamber beat the best, personally. Also liked the beat for Bare Knuckle Boxing. Sounds almost like a throwback to The Soul Purpose. | |

I'm not a big fan of that type of production. A big reason why I rate Fashawn's Boy Meets World at a 3.5ish
