Nope, just a lot of stupid shit you think is dope, like Bushwick Bill. I'll get the wax outta my ears when you get Scarface's dick outta yours. Like I said, you don't respect my musical knowledge, but you claim you do...which is it homie?? The Fix doesn't come close to The Realness on any level, however you wanna measure it. |

| The Fix TRUMPS The Realness! Cormega is an overrated MC. The only reason I rate that album 4 stars is because of Primo's production. But in terms of subject matter. lyricism, and straight up bangin tracks, The Fix is a SUPERIOR album IMO and a CLASSIC. So I agree with Kevin on that. |

Primo didn't produce any of the tracks on The Realness.... Oh ok, my bad. It was Alchemist. A lot of his beats sound a lot like Primo's that's why I got them confused. But I still stand by everything else I said. EDIT: And to Steve, big F'N deal, you saw ONE average review for The Fix, well I've seen an average review for The Realness as well. http://rapreviews.com/archive/2001_10_realness.htmlAnd many people including The Source have called The Fix a classic! I haven't heard anyone outside of this forum call The Realness a classic. |

| Kayne West- College Dropout vs. Lupe Fiasco- Lupe Fiasco's Food & Liquor Still have not heard that particular Lupe record. The Kanye is good, but not a favorite.
KRS-One & Marley Marl- Hip Hop Lives vs. Craig G & Marley Marl- Operation: Take Back Hip Hop Both are pretty damn good, but I gotta go with my GOAT, KRS.
Jay-Z- The Black Album vs. Nas- Stillmatic Stillmatic. The Jay-Z doesn't do it for me.

Decompoze- Decompisition vs. Senim Silla- The Name, The Motto, The Outcome Senim Silla by a slim margin
Killah Priest- The Offering vs. Immortal Technique- Revolutionary Vol. 1 Extremely close, but I give it to Killah Priest by a hair.
Cunninlynguists- Will Rap For Food vs. Tonedeff- Archetype I have not heat the Tonedeff, so I'm not sure. But that's my favorite Cunninlynguists record.
Mobb Deep- Amerikaz Nightmare vs. Inspectah Deck- Resident Patient Have not heard that particular Mobb Deep record.
AZ- The Format vs. 50 Cent- Get Rich Or Die Tryin' Haven't heard either
One Be Lo- S.O.N.O.G.R.A.M. vs. Little Brother- The Listening One Be Lo gets this one for me. But not by a ton.
Royce Da 5'9"- Death Is Certain vs. Gangstarr- The Ownerz Haven't heard the Royce, but it would have to be a classic to beat out that Gang Starr which hits 4.5 stars for me.
9th Wonder- The Dream Merchant 2 vs. Jake One- White Van Music Haven't heard the 9th. The Jake One is about a 4 star record to me. |

| Kayne West- College Dropout vs. Lupe Fiasco- Food & Liquor - Food & Liquor wins in a tough match up
KRS-One & Marley Marl- Hip Hop Lives vs. Craig G & Marley Marl- Operation: Take Back Hip Hop- N/A I don't own Operation: Take Back Hip Hop, but I do own Hip Hop Live and that was a boring ass album.
Jay-Z- The Black Album vs. Nas- Stillmatic- Stillmatic in a close one
The Game- The Documentary vs. Styles P- A Gangster And A Gentleman- Only own The Documentary and that one is real solid, still my favorite album from him.
Scarface- The Fix vs. Cormega- The Realness- Oooo this one is hard, but I gotta go with Face on this one.
Decompoze- Decompisition vs. Senim Silla- The Name, The Motto, The Outcome- I don't own either...smh
Killah Priest- The Offering vs. Immortal Technique- Revolutionary Vol. 1- The Offering wins in a close match up between 4 star albums.
Cunninlynguists- Will Rap For Food vs. Tonedeff- Archetype- Only own Will Rap For Food, which is my 2nd favorite from them. Real solid album.
Mobb Deep- Amerikaz Nightmare vs. Inspectah Deck- Resident Patient- Don't own either.
AZ- The Format vs. 50 Cent- Get Rich Or Die Tryin'- GRODT wins. Lots of bangers on that album, and "Many Men" is still my favorite 50 Cent song.
One Be Lo- S.O.N.O.G.R.A.M. vs. Little Brother- The Listening- S.O.N.O.G.R.A.M. in a blowout.

Since that is the case, I still stand by my opinion that The Fix is better than The Realness. I haven't heard anyone outside of this forum call The Realness a classic album, whereas I've heard many consider The Fix a classic.
As for Allmusic, they really aren't a legit site for rap reviews. I can think of many a bullshit review they've wrote.
For example, they gave 2Pac's Makaveli 2.5 stars!! A BELOW AVERAGE rating for what many feel (myself included) is his second best album. I wonder what Steve has to say about that. |
