It was LL's last hurrah. A decent enough album, and I've made no secret of the fact that I can't stand E-40. There's a couple songs on In A Major Way that I like, but mainly for guest spots or production...

I've also heard both, and LL wins this easily. Better production and better rhymes.
E-40's choppy flow just doesn't do it for me.
