| Plenty of No Limit albums that can be removed. Imo only Fiend, C Murder, Mystikal, & Mac should make the list. | |

Well I always wait on more cosigns. So they can be added. The problem is what will come off. Because some of these albums aren't going far anyway.

While I agree that 1998 wasn't as good as 1988-1996, I would take it over 1997, 1999, and most post-2000 years.

| 98 is hard to narrow cuz there was so many albums that came out this year it seems that are deserving to have a shot. In the other years it seemed there were more consensus classics but 98 has tons of albums people love and others hate and thats why this list seems so hard to get everything in. I feel like the late 2000's will have a big problem with this with the rise of the digital age and tons of shit popping up | |

I agree. I'm looking foward to that decade but then again I know it will be a battle. I already have it planned to expand the slots for a few yrs in the 00's. We can take it to the next level. Just have to keep it within reason. Also for these last few yrs we have the whole "mixtape" but its my album thing going. I'm thinking two "mixtape" picks per forum member at the most, but we'll see when and if we get there. Oh and I also agree with what you said about '98. Its crazy. Even though more than likely knowing this forum Aquemini and/or Black Star may be the winners fairly easily.

Translated that means....Some albums that are contenders to win it all will likely get bumped in the first round, whereas forgettable albums will advance due to weaker matchups.

Weaker match ups to you. Going by your logic there would be no fun in this tournment just predictable same ole same ole. Why not just give your fav albums a bye? Wait I got why not just let you pick what albums make it? You'll luv that.

You won't even be here to vote for it..lol I have learned my lesson with these obsure g-rap albums. You guys ask for it to be included then when it comes up in the polls the 1-2 that asked are not even here to vote for it. Not wasting my time wtih it this year. No disrespect to you just being real.

| fair enough Kev, i know that a classic like that TWIII cannot get far in this forum anyhow due to variation in tastes.
some others i came up with from 98 some of which could be considered, not sure if explosive mode may have already been mentioned
prophet posse - body parts black rhino - paper route unlv - ug nation livin violently messy/san quinn - explosive mode gonzoe - if i live and nothing happens dosia - waiting to inhale 20-2-life - confessions coop mc - currency g-rapp - military mindz gangsta profile - fire redrum

| Flipping through one of my CD books on my break at work today, I realized something.
AZ's "Pieces of A Man" was released in 1998. I don't think that was included. If it was, cool. If not, no big deal, just thought I'd point out that one slipped through the cracks.
Edit: Defari's "Focused Daily" also.
