Steelers James Harrison is an idiot...

On Thursday, President Obama will welcome the Pittsburgh Steelers to the White House to honor the team for its recent Super Bowl victory. But, just like in 2006 when the Steelers had a post-title meeting with George W. Bush, defensive MVP (and Super Bowl hero) James Harrison won't be in attendance. But he has a good reason:

"This is how I feel -- if you want to see the Pittsburgh Steelers, invite us when we don't win the Super Bowl. As far as I'm concerned, he [Obama] would've invited Arizona if they had won."

He's an idiot, he's obviously inviting you since you worked hard and were victorious.

The only plausible thing I could see is him saying, well I didn't go to Bush so I won't go to Obama because I just don't like those type of things. So if it's just an odd thing against these usually fake and formal congratulation things then I would understand. But when Obama said he is a fan you would think that would be a sign it was genuine this time. But yeah, he's an idiot.

Obama is not really a fan of the Steelers, but he has a good relationship with the Rooney's. They campaigned hard for him in Pittsburgh. Harrison is entitled to his opinion, but i don't agree with him. He is acting like this is an odd occurence. it has always been a tradition to have world champs visit the white house. You would think a Steeler would know a thing or two about tradition.

Harrison's an asshole! You would think that a BLACK MAN would be proud to have a BLACK PRESIDENT so he'd want to meet him in person. Obama might end up being the ONLY black president that we ever have, and this clown won't even pay him the proper respect.
