I don't agree with that either. South Park trumps Beavis & Butthead easily, and Yogi is better than Heathcliff on every level. Yogi was the original cartoon hustler.

I agree on both counts. Especially the South Park, which is infinitely better than B&B IMO. Tom & Jerry vs Rocky & Bullwinkle was also a close match IMO...even though I like R&B more.
