For everyone who is a fan of Eulorhythmics they have a new album coming out April 13 called "Green St. and Avers". I've been looking from something from these guys since i bought the "Extended Play" ep. Hopefully it doesn't dissapoint.

I really don't know about the All Natural thing. I just happened to come across it on Amazon.
