I don't know if I would say anticipating. I will be spinning it on spotify come Tuesday. My girl is a big J. Cole fan, but she said she wasn't feeling his any given sunday EPs so she's gonna wait and see on this one.

Not anticipating it...but I probably will pick this up from Itunes, along with the Phonte & 9th Wonder.

Not a huge fan but I'll check it out with a listen first.

I fast forwarded through the leak, and I'm not impressed. HOWEVER, I have a buddy who is a HUGE J.Cole fan and he thinks it's the best thing ever (keep in mind this dude also got rock hard over Watch The Throne) so it's probably going to be like Drake's debut, very divisive.

I've been up on J. Cole since The Warm Up (5 star mixtape), saw him perform at a local college before he first pushed this album back and about a year or so later this thing drops. I wasn't expecting anything great because the shit he's released in efforts to promote this has been shit. And i wish i had the time i spent listening to this back.

This album is dope as hell.

This is really the #1 album in the country? Just saw him perform on Kimmel, he did a Paula Abdul hook track. Never heard him before, is this disc that good? Funny episode anyway this actress taught Jimmy how to thizz face, comedy.

I agree, I was pleasantly delighted with Cole World. I have it at 4 stars.

I agree KJ. I'll say 3.75-4 stars after 2 spins. It's actually better than I thought it would be, even though I still say there is no standout track on the album and the songs follow a similar theme in some cases.
