Give me 5-10 albums you feel were A-A+ on the lyricism for most if not all the album?

SCFB: Cape Verde
Rodan: Theophany
Oktober: Art of Raw
Vakill: Darkest Cloud
J-Live: All of the Above
Slick Rick: Art of Storytelling
Redman: Whut?, Darkside, Muddy Waters, Doc's Da Name
Aesop Rock: Labor Days

Obviously, some of us have different ideas on what exactly is 'lyrical'.

Not seeing any of Red albums being lyrical masterpieces. I know you are a big fan though. Red has one of the best deliverys in rap that I think gets twisted for lyrical ability. Kinda like Lil Wayne. Not saying Wayne is anywhere on Red level rap wise. Just saying.

I'm sure judging it off Redman's style of lyricism only. But can he out rap them in their style of lyricism?

Hmmmmmmm. Think about it.

I almost listed MMLP myself. I cosign NOCDIB.

Good call on the Jean Grae, Powell. I'm not a female mc fan, but she can rap her ass off.

Life After Death is almost there for me, but there is a little fluff on it IMO, basically the same reason I didn't include Harlem World (yeah, fuck off).
