This song really grabbed my attention back when I 1st heard it. I thought it was just on another level concept wise. The name of the grp and album is The Convicts. And the whole album deals around that subject. Its really an concept album to a lesser degree. Well this song concept is they have a hotline directly to cats in the penn or on the streets. You call with your problem and they find the right hood to help. Only nicpick I have about this song is the recycled Face versethat could have been left off.
