I've only heard maybe 8 albums from this year, but this is my number one right now. This is a really positive, feel-good album. A perfect way to get into that Spring mood. I'd give it 4-4.25 stars right now. Check out some tracks:

A couple tracks in the middle that are kinda blah, then it kicks back in with Market & 8th. After that the rest is somehow better than the beginning.
4.75 as of now.
