The East is the best by a landslide IMO.

The Midwest ranks last to me. There's some really good talent there but after the best 10-15 guys or so there's a tremendous dropoff.

The EAST/NYC is kickin' ass overall throughtout the history of hip-hop....the southern and midwestern councils in here are going to be pissed off as usual...they might even start a few skewed polls...they might secretly wish NYC didn't even exist....they may wish that they were the ones who blew up the World Trade Center and none of these thoughts..wishes...polls or council meetings will change that FACT that NYC is NUMERO UNO....
