I'm voting neither on him as well, he's a dope lyricist but hasn't really made his mark on the rap game. There's several others who didn't make this list that I'd rank over him.

I don't get how you can put Ras Kass in over Chino, Slang. Chino is more lyrical, IMO, and he has a decent catalog. If one got in for you, I don't see how the other wouldn't.
