Who's ready for Liquid Swords 2?

Don't know if it is true, but this (the title) was posted on the Wu's FB page.

I hope it does happen. GZA hasn't dropped one in a while.

This has news (slightly under the radar though) for a minute now. I feel GZA can pull it off.

Why waste his effort on two? I think Gza should jump straight to Liquid Swords 3, it's a prime number and it would be tripley as good as 1.

I have liked GZA's output so far so I'm simply waiting for it to drop. Cuban Linx 2 was fiyah so I'm hoping for a double.

1) This shit will either take forever to drop, or never drop

2) This will undoubtedly not live up to the expectations, so why even fucking name it LS2?

I thought Legend Of A LS was part 2. Anywhoo there's no way he can duplicate the ambiance of the first one. He's better off giving a new spin on the title like Fluid Swords, Wet Swordplay, solid swords, Liquid Snake, oops Im going into MGS territory. Yeah, the title doesn't mean a damn thing. If anything, he just named it that to create a buzz for it. I'm almost certain it won't be anything like the first and it really shouldn't. It should be striving to be better. After all, why would he want to repeat himself, that doesn't prove anything. I think it will be dope, though because as stated before, it will be a RZA project, and Genius doesn't have that huge image/ego like say a Method Man or a Ghostface. He just does what he does without all the hype.

haha fluid swords and liquid snake....used in some wet swordplay

I don't like the idea of making a sequel to Liquid Swords. All it's going to do is build everyone's hopes up. I really don't like when any artists does this.

Not saying GZA isn't capable of making another hot album, just saying that i'm confident that Liquid Swords will never be duplicated and he shouldn't give it a name like that.

It seems that a lot of emcees are dropping sequels lately.
