| Based on the two songs constantly being played on the radio (yeah, I listen to the radio, but only when the kids are in the car) as well as most of Recovery, I want to get the forum's opinion. | |

| Well, he's releasing Love The Way you lie pt 2. I think he has gone softer in his music. Maybe you can call it maturity, but I don't like the new style that much. | |

| Yeah. You can mature on the mic and still bring it. | |

| Recovery is unlistenable to me at this point, that album is soft, but im not sure if im ready to deem him as completely soft yet, i think he can make a recovery (no pun intended) | |

| Em is far from soft. But he is older and richer soooo......why be mad?
To me Em has gotten better and his flow and delivery is vicious. |

| In comparison to his SSLP dark lyrics, then yes, he's marshmallow now. But he's still a good lyricist. | |

| I'm gonna say no, because he's ALWAYS had some commercial tendencies in his music even when he was at his hardest.
While I'm not a fan of the direction he's currently going in, he's still one of the best and most complete MC's of all time, and still shows signs of spittin fire when he wants to. |
