It's a mix as far as I can tell. But I am not sure since I don't fuck with everyone on the comp. Like I think the T-Nutty song on there was eventually on a T-Nutty album, but I think it was on an album that came out after the comp. Its 2 bucks plus shipping on amazon for a new copy so it's worth it IMO.
