| Cormega-Born & Raised (4 Stars)
Killah Priest-Elizabeth (4.25 Stars)
Stat Quo-Great Depression (only got thru it once, but 3.5 right now...)
Apathy-Wanna Snuggle? (3.75, dispite having classic tracks like "Victim" and "I'm A Demigod" there is some wackness on there too)
Guerilla War Tactix-Invasion (4.5 Stars, dope hardcore in the vein of Non Phixion and Jedi Mind Tricks)
Wildtyle-That Was Then This Is Now (4.5 Stars)
Mr. Serv-On-Gangsta 1 More Time (4 stars)
Shane Capone-Certified Whiteboy (4 stars, completely disagree with dude's beliefs, but overall a dope album)
Jon Conner & J.Hollet-Man Vs. Beast (3.75 stars)
Mac Lethal-Love Potion #5 (3.75 stars but it's only a ep/mixtape and it's better than the Cage and Eyedea albums this year...pathetic)
Royce Da 5'9"-Street Hop (4.75 stars...dope shit)
Undergods (3.75 Stars...wish the whole thing was produced by Eric Sermon and there were more guest appearances like Crooked I and Tech N9ne...but better than I thought it'd be)
Del & Tame 1-Parellel Uni-Verses (3.5, they should have gone with a different producer IMO and the album was too shot with too much "eh" material) |

Right on...I'll have to pick this one up. I've been meaning to. My favorite is "Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots", but I didn't get into "At War with the Mystics" as much...solid record though.

In regards to the Tech N9ne, I felt the beats were too similar on some tracks. The album was ok, but I thought the production could have been better. I still think Everready was his best in recent years.

| I believe the Del & Tame One album is at Best Buy. Other than that, none of the other albums are in the major retail outlets. Royce's album is distributed by E1 (Koch) I believe. So, why is it not in stores? The think first week sales for Royce aren't going to be that great. Dope album but lazy distribution. | |

| That Tech N9ne album's beats aren't similar IMO. Granted, the production is thematic throughout, but that's just good continuity. I think the album is a banger, a 4.5-4.75 that may even reach higher than that. Tech lost all the wannabe pop songs, all the shit that's too personal to relate to, and finally just got back to making dope hip hop in the style he's most comfortable with. |

I agree he is not making those stupid pop tracks though, and he's reverted back to the haunting lyrical style he is known. My judgement is only based off of the Amazon samples. When I listen to the whole album, I'll give my rating. I didn't know you were a Tech fan N3RO. I'm awaiting the Regime album with him, Yuk, and others.

| I don't think that Regime album is ever gonna happen. And obviously we must not converse very often if you didn't know I was a tech n9ne fan. The samples don't nearly do the album justice.
Currently Spinning:
William Cooper's Beware a Pale Horse (DOPE!! probably gonna be 4.0) |

| I don't know what kind of schools they have in MI or TN, but 4.25 is pretty close to 4.75. Aren't you guys the people that went off on me for saying there was a huge difference between 3.5 and 4? Yeah, that's what I thought. |

| The only thing i ever said about .5 stars was the perception that OB4CL2 was light years better than BP3, but in reality there isn't more than a half star difference IMO. As far as the Tech album, you gave the album 4.75 because the skits drag the album down. However there are songs that bring the album down as well. 4.75 indicates the album is great, and this album is nowhere near great. | |
