Have you listened to the actual lyrics of KRS lately, because I don't hear garbage. He's not as technical as he used to be, but that's because fans of Master P and Diddy used to tell him things like, "Dude, I don't even know what you're sayin half the time". He had to dumb his shyt down in order to avoid being buried like Canibus! Most people who like Master P and Diddy have a dislike for real rhyme structures.

It's good that you liked some of the older KRS so it's not like your hip hop pass is totally revoked. You, as I have at times, have just been sucked into the darkside of, "If he's not selling millions or on MTV he's not relevant."

Lemme leave you with this: Hip hop is when if you see too many people who don't even listen to rap music playing or liking a song or artist...that's your cue to leave it alone. Hip hop is anti-pop. Hip hop is TELLING and INTRODUCING people to new artists and letting other people know what's dope. Not following what's popular and liking it because it's selling millions.

Krs1 has sucked for a long time. I did not like much if any of his work even back in the day. And yes I did listen to stuff from the other coast back then as well as now but more predominantly then since most hip hop was from there. I just couldnt get into his style at all.

This is actually the only interesting thing about this whole thread. When Hyphy signed up the usual suspects were complaining and calling for him to be banned because he was just here to start trash. Now that someone is here with the same purpose BUT agrees with them, those same people are silent.
