I've actually had it on my radar for 2 years but just kept skipping over it when i went to make an order. I figured since i was ordering "1982" then i would go ahead and order it too.

Tech N9ne - Anghellic...I'm glad that I gave it a fair listen but it's still not my thing. I really liked Cursed, Suicide Letters, and It's Alive and that was pretty much it. Everything else just seemed kinda corny. I don't like the different voices he makes at times either.

Twista - Perfect Storm...this shit opens up strong and tapers off. I actually like the track with Waka Flocka, too. It may end up growing on me more but it seems like I'll play out the songs I like and let it slip into obscurity after a while.

ATCQ - The Low End Theory...I spun it again a few times to see how it stacks up against Midnight Marauders...it doesn't. MM is still my favorite.

damn im surprised to hear you didnt like the songs after "Its Alive" IMO thats where the album really takes off...From Its Alive to the end its straight dopeness, plus all the dope songs before it too, but from the Purgatory skit on is my favorite part of the album

I listened to Death is Silent about 3-4 times since I got it. It is excellent, no doubt. I also agree with pretty much all of the criticism. Not enough variation in musical tone...Overly emo

Like my bunny E always says...shit goes hard like stale bread. I was pleasantly surprised. I am thoroughly enjoying this album. Thoroughly, mind you. I also enjoyed the movie for Runaway, it was weird but intriguing and Selita Ebanks is a sexy ass bird.

Alright, fuckers...I bought the Cee Lo. Listened to it 3 times today and I'm very impressed. He draws from quite a few different influences, Stevie comes through here and there for sure. This album will not be under 4 stars, no way about it. I wouldn't be surprised at all if it lands higher than that.
