Soundbombing II is the only snub for me, straight list

Tear Da Club Up Thugs needs to replace Nastradamus. I Am is easily the better Nas album so if Nastradamus isn't even the best Nas album this year it has no shot at winning.

As The World Burns is better than a lot of those.

Tash's Rap Life was also a great album. And I don't really know anything about Balance from Swollen Members but I know there's a few fans of theirs in here.

Agree with those also.

If I was the only person voting, it'd probably be Balance vs. As The World Burns in the finals, and I'd end it in a tie.

Also, Guerilla Maab's Rise needs to be here

A few others I think deserve a shot, but those are my top 5.

Kev, Soundbombing II might be an exception to that rule. There's a large amount of fans of that album on here, if I'm not mistaken.

I'll keep that in mind if I need to fill a spot. Its semi unfair for a single artist to have to compete with album full of artists. Look at The Swarm last tournament. I took off Face My Homies cause it was a comp even though it has some fans of that album on this forum. But I am not completely ruling it out. The rules I try to stick to is soundtrks and comps only get entered to fill slots when no more albums are availble. Swarm snuck pass me last trip.

Things Fall Apart is my runaway pick for 1999, no other album even comes close.

And I say keep it at 64 albumsm because there's gonna be lots of contraversy about what gets left out.

I'm still not adding Soundbombing unlees we run out of albums and a slot is open. A lot of albums from singular artist will lose to that album just becuase of the amount of talent on that one comp.

Forgot about the Rino album dropping in '99. Crooked Lettaz will be added. I'll see about the rest of them after seeing where some of these others are going to fit. All of these will not be included though. Last I counted there were only 12 slots left.

For real though, Rino, Troy, Tech, Dooom, Crooked Lettaz would all get some votes IMO.

Both Nas albums make it, but your leaving out Spice 1's 4th best (IMO)? I can understand Kokane's getting left off because I'm almost positive I'm the only one on here that played the shit out of that album back in 99-00. Much respect for adding my other 3 rec's K. Rob, I know you're not a big fan of Immortalized, although I don't understand why...Love that record, used to slap the 12's tuff back when I had hella slump in the old ride. All in all happy with the 3 of 5 though, nice work cutty.
